Beyond words, a cultural journey

FrenchVoyage was born thanks to my friends. A Scottish friend of mine suggested that I offer French classes to people from abroad who are living in our beloved region of Limousin. Knowing that I teach French Literature and Communication Skills, I was destined to say… yes! Today, I am so glad I seized that opportunity. Thanks to that workshop, I rediscovered the joy of teaching small groups and offering practical exercises, including wine tasting and enjoying a “typically French” meal at a nice restaurant.

Now, I want to continue the good work by broadening the audience, both through in-person classes and online courses. The concept remains the same: to closely link learning with outings, grammar with conversation, and cultural experiences with a deeper connection to the country we love.

Why choose FrenchVoyage over other learning experiences? Because, as a French scholar, I aim to introduce you to French culture through literature, particularly texts from the 20th century.

Did I say “we”? Yes, indeed. Because FrenchVoyage includes partners—artists, wine enthusiasts, restaurants, and… sshh… I won’t reveal more, because hopefully, the future will be co-created with you!
